Discovering My Passion for Helping Others

As I embark on this journey of documenting my experiences, I'm filled with a sense of purpose and determination. My current role at Service Experts, where I assist people with HVAC and plumbing issues, has been instrumental in shaping my desire to make a meaningful impact on my community. Through this work, I've witnessed firsthand the challenges that individuals and families face, and it has ignited a fire within me to become a leader and advocate for positive change.

Balancing Work, Family, and Personal Pursuits

Juggling the responsibilities of a full-time job, being a devoted husband and father, and chasing my long-term dream of community leadership is no easy feat. However, I'm determined to find the right balance and make the most of every moment. My blog serves as a platform to document my journey, share the lessons I've learned, and inspire others who may be facing similar challenges.

Embracing Failures and Celebrating Successes

Life is a rollercoaster of ups and downs, and I'm committed to being transparent about both my failures and successes. By openly sharing my experiences, I hope to create a sense of community and camaraderie, where we can all learn from one another and support each other along the way. Whether it's a setback or a victory, I believe that every moment holds valuable lessons that can propel us forward.

Building a Team for Collective Impact

I firmly believe that life is a team sport, and there is room for everyone on my team. Through my blog and various social platforms, I aim to connect with like-minded individuals who share my vision for creating positive change in our society. Together, we can leverage our collective knowledge, skills, and resources to make a lasting difference in our communities.

Empowering Employees through Innovative Compensation Models

One of the key areas I'm passionate about is exploring new ways to compensate employees in America. By subscribing to my content and following along on my journey, you'll have the opportunity to learn about my mission and vision for using the existing infrastructure to revolutionize the way employees are rewarded for their contributions. I invite you to join me in this exciting endeavor and be a part of the change we wish to see.

Embracing the Journey Ahead

As I continue to navigate this path, I'm filled with a sense of excitement and anticipation. I know that the road ahead will be filled with both challenges and triumphs, but I'm ready to embrace it all with open arms. By documenting my experiences and sharing them with you, my hope is that we can learn and grow together, inspiring one another to make a positive impact on our communities.

I invite you to subscribe to my content and join me on this transformative journey. Together, we can create the change we wish to see and make a lasting difference in the lives of those around us. Let's embark on this adventure and write a new chapter in the story of our community.

Order a cup holder for my water bottle right here. And crandalls, because they're not very comfortable. They're not very comfortable and they're kind of sticky.

Okay, well, maybe this week, while the other two are gone, we could go to a store together and pick them out. Would you want to try that? Where are we going to get handles? Are those even at a bike store? None of your business. Stuff for bike.

New handlebars. And a cup holder. And a cup holder.

Can we put it down? Keep holding it and just doing that because I told it. It makes a noise at the time. Ready? Man, you are a good writer.

All right, we are going to change Tristan's bike tube so he can ride again. Whoa. That's cool.

Sweet. So you get a band aid. Nice work.

You're tough, Scarlett. Good job. First thing we do is take this.

So we pulled the tire completely off. Then you pull this out and you use this to go all the way around it, huh? Yeah. You can go look for your friends.

Well, let's see. Why don't you go down to Kendall's? Because Chloe. Chloe's at church and it's family day for Chloe.

Remember? I can't go to Jade Jaden's. Well, Jayden's on a trip. You could go knock on Brooklyn store.

You added boosters. I'm gonna play with Norma. That's awesome.

That is awesome. All right, so you take the tube out, then you get your new tube. You're out of here, too.

I'm changing your bike tire, dude. If you want to ride it, it put it through. So then you put the tube back in the tile, pull out, and you take this.

I think they call it a tire key, maybe. I call it a dealy mahuki. There we go.

Sweet. Get that on. Then I'm going to put it back on because it'll be easier to get it through there if it's not blown up.

Get these lined up. There we go. Tighten the bolt.

Oh, snucky doodles. Tighten the bolt like that. These, I don't have the right sizes.

Fraction or whatever it is. I'm a silly goose. Sounds like Penny would like to join us.

And then he had these on. This pops out. I got those bike tubes on Amazon.

They were like $20. And I got this on Amazon. I mean, I've had them for a long time.

They aren't new, but that's where it got them. Take that off, put this on. Then we start filling her up.

And I typically do it to, like, 15 pF, but every tire should say 36 PS 536. Turn it. Ah.

And voila. There we go. That's how you change your bike tire.

It's pretty easy. If you have any questions, comment below. I should put more air in that tire too.

If you enjoyed my channel and my mission, I would invite you to subscribe. I'd love to have you as part of. Part of the journey with my.

It just gotta get closer. And you wanna be down low. You don't wanna be up high.

You wanna be by where it's connected to the ground. So see how there's some tall grass around there? Can you get that? So what you want to do, you want to go around it like that? Yep. Then you go around these, the base of these.

There's a little bit more over here. Okay, now go along the fence. Try to make sure you get them all.

Want me to do it? Either way, you gotta go around this one and back up against that one. You're done? Yeah, I'm done. Good job.

Thanks, Scarlett. Thanks. Thank you.
