How the Sponsorship Program Works: Joining America's Holding Company for Co-Ownership
Hey, Life with Justin Stephens community! Justin here, diving deeper into America's Holding Company after yesterday's structure overview. As we document this journey through personal finance, success, business, sales, and marketing, today's entry explains how to invest through the sponsorship program. This is the gateway to co-ownership—designed to reward participation with shares and content value. Let's break it down by tier, based on my experiences crafting this over the last 3 years.
The Sponsorship Model: Becoming Part of the System
To be a part of the system that I have designed, you have to sign up for the sponsorship of the Life with Justin Stephens blog. Anyone can be a client and just pay an hourly rate, but the only way to be considered part of the system is if you go to justindcstephens.com and scroll to the bottom and click the subscribe to ownership of this blog button. Once you are on that page, it will let you select between 3 different levels and price points. The sponsorship is for a unit (like a family or company), with a base monthly fee plus $27 per person per month for all tiers. These are cancelable monthly commitments, but canceling resets your multiplier for shares.
Level 1 Sponsorship: $97/Month + $27/Person
When you subscribe to this level, you get interviewed 2 times a year and promoted across my whole social media following. Then every individual that you sign up will receive 20 Class B shares as a welcome to the team gift, and then every year on their anniversary they will receive 5 Class B shares multiplied by the number of years they have been a part of our system. Year 1 = 5 more shares, year 2 = 10 more Class B shares, year 3 = 15 more Class B shares. The longer someone is involved, the more ownership they get out of the blog.
Level 2 Sponsorship: $297/Month + $27/Person
When you subscribe to this level you get 6 Life with Justin Stephens interviews per year. On top of that every individual you sign up will receive 40 Class B shares as a sign-on thank you and welcome to the team. Then at the end of each year, they will receive 10 Class B shares multiplied by the number of years they have been involved in the system. Year 1 = 10 more Class B shares, year 2 = 20 more Class B shares, year 3 = 30 more Class B shares, etc.
Level 3 Sponsorship: $997/Month + $27/Person
The highest sponsorship package that we offer is $997 per month and $27 per person per month. At this level every individual subscribed receives 80 Class B shares as a sign on and welcome to the team bonus. On top of that, they receive 20 Class B shares per year multiplied by the number of years as part of our system. Year 1 = 20 more Class B shares, year 2 = 40 more Class B shares, year 3 = 60 more Class B shares, etc.
Once you sign up for a sponsorship package, I work directly with you to determine the content I will create for you and with you as well as do the actual paperwork to make all of this legal. It is a very manual process and we will automate it more in the future. I would be honored if you joined me in this mission and became a co-owner with me by subscribing to one of these three packages. Reflections: Why This Model Excites Me
From my experiences, this sponsorship ties participation to ownership—rewarding time and commitment with shares that grow. It's about building together, much like an ESOP for our community.
Why This Matters for Your Journey
This structure empowers collective growth—in finance (equity over time), business (content/partnerships), and life (shared success). It's a step toward the equitable vision.
