I hope you guys are doing fantastic. I am prerecording again tonight because I've spent probably the last 2 hours just working on managing my life using Go High Level. Go High Level is the tool, the CRM tool that I use for running my personal life.

It's how I'm organizing my follow up with my friends, my family, potential with my employer. It is how I run my life. And that's one of the things I've learned on this journey is if you don't have a system to manage your life, your life will just happen.

So for today's journal, I thought I'm in working on this tool, using this tool, I thought I'd take you with me and show you how I manage my life and what I'm doing when it comes to the Life with Justin Stevens show. So before we even get into that, I want to so I have a couple of cameras around my house that hook up to my computer. So I'm going to add this feed and the first thing I'm going to do is I'm going to show you my office.

Because who doesn't like to see behind the scenes? I know I love seeing behind the scenes. And as always, I am very comfortable with transparency. So you get to see my office as messy as it happens to be.

Isn't that fun? All right, so let's turn on that camera. So see, I just plugged it in and now whoa. It's a camera looking at a camera looking at what? Isn't that fun? anyways, so I work off a Mac laptop.

That is the primary thing that I use to run my entire life. I've got a little microphone set up here that I use. This is another little light.

I don't think it makes much of a difference because I have this big light and that big light. So those lights I have pointed straight up and they provide quite a bit of light. But if it needs to be better, let me know.

Guys, I am all about improving. Then I have two external monitors and the laptop monitors. So I have three screens that I work from.

This screen is showing us restream IO. It is such a cool tool. So it is how I'm recording this right now.

You can see I'm recording, you can see the timestamp right there. 08:21 A.m.. So February 26, that is today.

So you can see the timestamp, you can see what I'm doing, how I'm doing. It all that you can make all these different graphics. So when I click a button, stuff just shows up.

This is stuff I'm not using currently, but created a long time ago. The joys. Yeah.

So that is restrain IO. And now I am going to turn this camera off. See, look how easy that is.

I'm just going to share the whole screen and this one. So now I'm going to turn my screen share on. So you can see I am on my main monitor.

Now I'm dragging restream down to my laptop and I'm working and you get to watch me work. So that was what I was doing. So my goal is to do a journal entry like this every single day.

And those journal entries are going to be how I document my life. I am doing these for 75 year old Justin Stevens. At the end of my life, I'm not going to care so much about what I did as who I did it with, how it went and the fun we had.

And in order to remember all of that, I need to document it. So unlike most people, I am documenting it completely online, completely publicly, for anyone to follow along. And that's how I believe we'll build.

Following that will help us push forward these ideas of changing society, of how to work together. Because I'm going to lead with transparency. I'm going to show you behind the scenes on what's going on in my head real time as I'm chasing my dreams, because we all have dreams to chase.

So every single day, no matter what happens, I'm going to give some sort of an update. And it could be two minutes, it could be guys non struggling, it could be and it could be 1 second. I committed to do this.

Here it is. I don't have anything left. I'm okay with that.

I can skip days. I'm okay with that too. This is about putting myself out there.

So I am right now in I don't want to give away a bunch of people's. I'm going to go to this personal brand template and walk you through. So this is a template.

The first thing they have is dashboard launchpad. This launchpad Just lets you know what's connected, how it's connected. There is a dashboard where you can keep track of opportunities, pipelines, follow up tasks, manual actions.

This has an auto dialer. It's so cool. So I'll show you in the automations how I use it to keep in touch with my family or my extended family, not immediate family.

It's got conversations. The cool thing about conversations is conversations combines text messages, emails, phone calls, all in one thread, so you can see exactly what's going on with this contact. And this CRM was built for companies.

I use it for me as an individual. And that's one of the things I've realized. If you don't have your own personal CRM, you're leaving money on the table.

Because it automates relationships. Customer relationship manager. It automates relationships.

And relationships need to be automated if you want them to last. Beyond convenience, relationships with your family are easy when you live together because it's convenient. Relationships with friends are easy because it's convenient because we want it.

But what about the relationships with extended people, extended contacts that you love, you appreciate, you want to stay in their life but they're just not top of mind, those relationships. It's easy to go months without talking to each other because you don't think about it. And you know, when you do talk to them, it's going to pick up right where it left off.

But what if you talk to them not because you needed something or they needed something, but just because you loved them? I think that's a pretty cool idea. So that's why I use this whole system. So it's got this conversations tab.

It's got a calendar app, just like calendar so you can send links to again, go to justanddcstevens.com and you can see everything's done inside. Go High Level, this account that we do, it's got contacts, there's opportunities.

So you can do create funnels for sales, for prospecting, for relationship nurturing, whatever you want to do. There's payments, this payments one is cool. It integrates with stripe and you can run your entire business out of it.

Again, I run my personal life as if it is a business. And I believe you should do from a tax strategy standpoint, you should have your own little holding company that you run as your business, the business of you. And in the marketing tab there's this whole social planning section.

There's these emails campaigns. This is where I do my newsletters out of. Now, I'm not trying to do a newsletter daily at least at this point.

I'm just trying to go live stream every day at 08:00 I want to do my daily video journal. It's a wrap up of the day. It's a wrap up of what's going on in my mind, what's going on in my life, our life as a family and where we're trying to go.

So these emails come in right here and you can create a whole email. Well actually now that I'm in this stuff, this is all my automation stuff, I can show you behind the scenes on that. It's not going to have sensitive data.

So you've got your social brands, you can set up all your social brands, create posts you can do a whole feed out of. Go high level. This is the email campaigns where I manage my email campaigns.

So you can see I've already got on March 1 at 630 a. M. I've got the power of future time, why I joined Project Tools full time.

And it's a little story about me, what's going on in my head and thinking about how am I investing my time, where I want to go, what I want to be, the teams I want to be a part of. So thinking about all that, it's just sharing me. So if you join these streams, if you come in and become a part of by liking subscribing.

Following my content, you'll get to see behind the scenes of Justin Stevens. And my goal is to provide a level of transparency that no one has ever even tried to provide before. And you can see I don't care how I look when I hit record because I'm trying to be transparent.

I'm not trying to, oh, I went to makeup, I got this. Now I want this to be I pull out my phone, hit go live and we are live. Whether I'm sitting in bed, whether I'm at a networking event, whatever, I want to be available for people real time, virtually.

So that is one of the reasons I do what I do. Now, one caveat on all that, my wife doesn't actually love live streaming. So there's a fine line I'm playing between live streaming, my own personal life, which I have control of, and the rest of my family and everything we do.

Guess what? That is part of transparency. You knowing that. All right.

The other cool thing, it's got this whole affiliate section where you can build affiliate offers and set things up through referral partners and stuff like that. Then if you go to the automation tab, the automation are what saves you time. So I love the automations tab.

I'm going to go into the relationship nurture sequence. And what this sequence is, it is designed to keep me in touch with people I know, like and trust that I want to build a relationship long term with for no reason at all. So I put people in here like my siblings, my sister, my brothers, my parents, people that I don't have to call ever, but I should because I love them, right? So I use automation to remind me because I'm not that clever.

I need tools like this. And so it reminds me, it saves me time. And what happens is I use the auto dialing features within the CRM and the first thing I do I go to because I don't have any due right now, they're all in wait period.

So the first thing I go do is do a manual phone call. So I click let's start and it goes, it dials the number, it's ringing. They pick up.

I talk to them. Yada yada yada. I appreciate you, I love you, have a great day.

Hang up. And then it waits 20 days. And then when I go back in in 20 days and click Manual actions, it goes again.

And this time it's a text. And I just send them a text that says, hey, I'm thinking about you. You're awesome, I appreciate you.

Because people need to be reminded that you're in their life and they're in your life and you care about them. So this is one of the cool things. I've never thought about using automation in this way to love on people instead of just to sell to people.

But now that I'm doing it. I love the feeling. It takes all the pressure off because all I'm doing is saying hi.

And that's what a relationship is about, being there together. So that is the automation sequences. You can do so much stuff with the automation.

It is amazing. So then we go down to the website and I'm going to go I'll show you behind the scenes on my website and then I'll go show you the blog, which is where I was working. This is a very roundabout way to get back to work.

Core values. These are the core values I try to live by. I wasn't going to go to them, but they are incredibly important to me.

And it's incredibly important to me that I live up to these core values on a daily basis. So number one is to love on people. Life is too short to be a jerk.

There's no reason you need to be mean. Two is have fun. Three is be candid.

So much pain and suffering comes from things not said that could have been said. But you also have to be careful with how you do it. Trust them, verify, do what's right.

Regardless of how it works, we've got to do what's right. And then the last one is work smarter. There's always a smarter way to do things.

So yesterday when I was working on my blogs for the week, I came across this AI AssemblyAI which transcribes video recordings. So after this video, I'm going to transcribe it using AI, and then I'm going to put it on my blog, which is going to help drive seo. And it's going to be the transcription of the video that is also embedded in my blog.

So that's all because I'm constantly thinking, how can I work smarter? How can I improve what I am doing in a way that really drives success? So, core values. Life strategy. This is if you would like to get in depth and understand what makes Justin come look at my life strategy.

Is it perfect? No. Is it light years ahead of starting from scratch? Yes. So it comes down to what you need.

And then there's other so online shop fulfillment Partner. If you want to ship do fulfillment stuff, they'll ship, print, do everything and you just pay them and they handle the headache. Don't try to do everything in house because that means you own the problem.

I use metrical for tracking my stats. I use restream IO for streaming. Again, that's what I'm doing this whole stream on.

I built a self assessment checklist people can download. So here's ways that I'm trying to provide value to people that if they take advantage of any of these resources that I'm using that are incredibly helpful for me to build my business, if you find them helpful, America's Holding company gets a cut of that revenue. So that's how affiliate marketing works.

And that's one of the reasons I believe we will be successful long term, is because we're going to have a business that's focused on how can I buy as collect as much time as possible with as little cost as possible. Because we're outsourcing everything. It's all through affiliate marketing.

It's easier to navigate. All right, so here is the blog from February 25, which just happens to be yesterday. So you see, I'm not editing a lot of this content.

This content is off the cuff. It's quick, it's down and dirty. So on each of my blogs, if I do send out a newsletter, I'm going to put it at the very top.

And I wanted today to just walk you through how I create all of that. So with that said, I hope it makes sense why I'm doing things the way I'm doing if it doesn't follow along, because it's all about creating time, freedom for Justin. I want to be able to work on what I want, when I want.

And the only way to do that is you have to automate your life as much as possible. So through the seo I'm creating, I'll be able to automate eventually a lot of my income, which will allow me to focus on my family and focus on making an impact rather than right now. My core focus is I have to make sure my kids are fed.

I have to, because I am dad and I am the provider for the family. And as much as it hurts or sucks, that is the reality. And that is exactly what I'm going to do.
