It is April 24, 2024. It is a Wednesday morning. It's going to be a great day.

Third day of on site training down here in Dallas, Texas, for service experts. We are learning all about the different ways that we can serve our clients and how there's different levels and how to present those levels. And the entire goal, what I love about service experts is the entire goal is to look at how can we take care of our customers over the decades? How can we build a long term relationship that we are their service provider, we are their home comfort provider.

And so water heaters, h vac air quality, duct clean, all these different things. We come in and we create maintenance programs and we manage and schedule those on behalf of our clients so they don't have to worry about it and they can go about living their life. It has been awesome.

I am so excited to get back to Idaho and get on some sales calls and see how this all roles because it's. I am having a ball. So if you guys ever need h vac home comfort services, look up service experts.

We're nationwide, which is one of the reasons I'm so excited about this opportunity. We're nationwide and we're already part of a public traded conglomerate, Brookfield Asset Management. Bam.
