April 23, 2024 - Unveiling the Service Experts Business Strategy

Newsletter Sent out today:

Good morning! Today, let's dive into the exciting world of the Service Experts business model. As I continue my journey here in Dallas, Texas, learning about HBAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), I can't help but feel a surge of enthusiasm. The clarity and guidance provided by Service Experts have made me truly excited to work for them. Join me as we explore the sales process and the strategies that drive this business.

A Clear Path to Victory

One of the main reasons I am thrilled to be a part of the Service Experts team is the clear path they have laid out for success. Through their guidance, they provide me with the necessary tools to navigate my professional journey with confidence. This guidance allows me to focus on the future while trusting in the support and expertise of my team. Together, we form a solid unit that aims to achieve great things.

Two Ways to Make Money

At the end of the day, there are only two ways for a human to make money. The first is by renting your time to someone else, who will utilize your skills and efforts to build their own enterprise. This is commonly known as a W2 job or employment. The second way is through selling something other than your time. Even professionals like accountants sell their time in the form of billable hours, but they do so on behalf of an asset rather than themselves.

Let's take the example of an accountant who charges $120 per hour for their services. They receive the payment, but then they use that money to hire someone else to perform the work. This principle applies to any business, including HBAC. The company collects the revenue, while individuals within the company complete the necessary tasks. For me, it is crucial to separate my personal finances and goals from America's holding company, which I am a part of.

The Vision of America's Holding Company

My strategy involves separating myself from America's holding company. By doing so, I am able to create a viable entity that generates income, pays taxes, and supports my family. Working diligently at Service Experts allows me to achieve financial stability. However, my ultimate goal is to sell or transfer America's holding company to someone who shares my vision and has the resources to propel it even further.

By finding the right person or team who can build upon what I have started, we can accelerate the growth of America's holding company. This approach allows us to collapse time and reach our goals more quickly. It is not essential for me to be the one to personally achieve every milestone. Instead, I focus on identifying those who have already accomplished what I aspire to and finding ways to collaborate with them.

The Service Experts Business Model

Service Experts' business model aligns closely with my vision. While there are some differences, such as the absence of ownership, the core concept of providing HVAC services is the same. The real-world application of HVAC as a service is a significant differentiator. By offering this value to customers, Service Experts has established a strong foothold in the industry. This is precisely what I am aiming to replicate and build upon.

Making an Impact on Others

Throughout my journey, I am motivated to help as many people as possible while pursuing my dreams. It is crucial for me to demonstrate to others how I am chasing my dreams and making a difference. Irrespective of the outcome, whether successful or not, the key is to leave an impact. Many individuals have told me that my aspirations will be challenging to achieve. However, I believe that life should not be easy. The true goal in life is to live it fully and make a positive impact, considering others' needs alongside our own.

A Never-Ending Journey

My journey is far from over. It will continue until the day I pass away because that is when life truly ends. I embrace this ongoing adventure, always seeking ways to grow, learn, and contribute. The wild ride I have embarked upon will always be a part of me, shaping my character and driving me to make a lasting impact.

Conclusion

As I head out for another day of training, I am filled with a sense of purpose and determination. Service Experts has provided me with a clear roadmap to success, and I am grateful for the guidance and support I receive. By separating my personal endeavors from America's holding company, I can focus on the future and collaborate with individuals who share my vision. Together, we can create something extraordinary and leave a lasting impact on the world. Join me tomorrow as I continue to chase my dreams and make a difference.

Good morning. Good morning. Good morning.

It is April 23, 2024, day two down here in Dallas, Texas. Learning H Vac, learning the service experts business model. The sales process has been amazing.

I have never been so excited to work for. With someone because I feel like I have a very clear path to victory, that they want me to travel, and that's I need guided, is what I've learned on my journey, is I. I do better with someone guiding today so I can focus on the future.

And that's how we're a team. I look at everything we're doing as a strategy. So, at the end of the day, there's only two ways to make money as a human.

One, you can either rent your time to someone who will put your time to work for them, building whatever they're building, and that is a w two job. It's employment in some form or fashion. Right.

The other way is through selling something other than your time. Right. Even accountants sell on billable hours.

They're selling time. But the difference is, an accountant is selling time out of an asset, not out of himself. So the accountant says, hey, we'll do this for 120 an hour.

Gets the money, takes the money, and goes to hire someone. Same with H vac. Any business, this is the flow, right.

But at the end of the day, the business collects the money, the person does the work, always. And so that's my strategy is America. I'm trying to separate America's holding company from myself.

Justin Stevens makes money, pays taxes, supports his family, day in and day out at service experts. And then I can sell, get rid of. Give America's holding company to someone who sees the vision and can build it better.

And they have the time. They have the resources. They have the money, because that's how we collapse time.

I know where I want to go. Do I have to be the one to get us there? No. The fastest way to get there is not to say, how can I do it? It's to say who's already done it and how can I give my asset to them? And so that's what I'm trying to do.

Honestly, I'm ecstatic about service experts, because their business model is extremely close to what I'm trying to do. There are some big differences, like, no ownership is involved, but they're doing h vac as a service in the real world. And I think that's a huge difference.

And so that's what I'm trying to do, and that is the journey I'm on. I'm just out there trying to help as many people as I can while I chase my dreams and show people how I'm chasing my dreams, whether they work or not, is irrelevant. You know how many times I've been told, wow, Justin, that's going to be really hard? Every time I hear that, I think, wow, I am so sorry.

You go through life wanting it to be easy. The goal in life is not an easy life. The goal in life is to live it, to make an impact, to think about others besides just yourself.

And so that's what I'm trying to do. And it's been a wild journey, and it's never going to end, because until I die, because that's when life ends. So, anyways, that is what's been on my mind today.

I am headed out to training, and we'll see you all tomorrow. Bye.
