Journal Entry: Happy friday everyone! This week has been fantastic, and I feel so grateful for the opportunities that are in front of me. I spent the entire week with different members of the Secure Pacific team in Seattle, WA. We went over how the verification center works and ways I can help make their job easier. I got to shadow a customer care representative and see how we are building and maintaining the relationships that we have with our clients, and then I spent 3 days with different sales professionals learning about their own systems and processes for generating business. One of the biggest lessons learned was looking at the overall picture and seeing how I fit into it all and can affect change for all of us on the Secure Pacific team. I have been figuring out the workflow for what I will be executing on for the next 10 years here at Secure Pacific as well, and I feel like I have a good handle on how I can start collapsing time in the sales process through automating lead generation and introducing our systems to people digitally before we go on the first sales call. I think this process will help me get better results as a whole, and once I figure it out, I will be able to share the process with my whole team. A rising tide lifts all ships as the saying goes! On a personal side, I am moving! I am staying with my parents while we finalize a home purchase that I will be the primary renter and care-taker of, with the goal of creating more security for me and my family. I will still be in the Meridian, ID area so there are no big changes besides which house I call home. I hope you all have a great week, and we will talk with you all soon! Justin Stephens

I am on a journey to document the true value of time. I am doing that through writing my own documentary on my life on X. By subscribing, you will be seeing behind the scenes on how I believe we as a society can collapse time and take care of each other better.
This week, I’ve been thinking about something we all dodge but can’t escape: mistakes and failures. They sting, no question. But here’s the flip side—every flop is a masterclass in disguise. When you learn from what went wrong, you’re not just recovering; you’re arming yourself for a stronger shot at success next time. Think of it like a chef tweaking a recipe. The first batch of cookies might be too salty or burn to a crisp. Does the chef quit? Nope. They taste the mess, figure out what went...
Happy Easter Sunday! As we celebrate this day of renewal and grace, I’ve been reflecting on something powerful: forgiveness and the freedom it brings. Easter reminds us of what God has done for us—His sacrifice, His love, His promise of a fresh start. Because of that, we can let go of the pain of the past and step forward with hope. Carrying old hurts is like dragging a heavy chain. Maybe it’s a grudge against someone who wronged you, a regret you can’t shake, or even anger at yourself for...
This week, I’ve been thinking about something that hits close to home: knowing exactly what action you need to take… and still not taking it. It’s like standing at the edge of a diving board, fully aware you can swim, but frozen because the water looks cold. We’ve all been there, and I want to talk about flipping that script—changing how we see it so we can finally jump. Here’s the deal: when you know what to do—whether it’s sending that email, starting that project, or having that tough...
